Where do the stories my child makes go?
Every story made with Ask Anansi is saved to My Anansi, under "Stories I made". From there it can be watched as a video, read like a book, or listened to as audio.
Can my children have separate profiles?
Yes. Open My Anansi and tap your name, or Manage profiles, to add a child or switch between them. Each child keeps their own stories and their own progress.
How does Anansi choose what to make?
Stories are matched to the age band set on the child's profile, and to what they have been reading and finishing. Changing the age band on a profile changes what gets made next.
A story is taking a long time to appear.
Making an animated story involves writing it, drawing it, and giving the characters voices, so it can take a few minutes. You can leave the page while it works, and a notification will tell you when it is ready.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot your password?" and we will email you a link to set a new one. The link lasts 30 minutes and can only be used once.
